Information submitted with a request

The quote form collects your name, email, project ZIP code and project type. You may also provide a phone number, approximate area and project details. CLT Epoxy uses these details to respond to the request and discuss the project.

Storage and email

Submitted requests are stored in the website’s restricted WordPress administration area. Notifications containing the request details are sent to the business email address. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate those services.

Technical information

The form uses temporary anti-spam controls. A hashed version of the request’s network address is used for short-term rate limiting; the form does not store a raw IP address with the project record. The hosting provider may maintain separate security and access logs.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and newly saved quote requests. Google receives technical information such as browser and device details, page addresses and a cookie identifier. Successful-quote events include only a form identifier and general project category; we do not send your name, email, phone number, ZIP code or project notes to Analytics. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer; the quote form works either way. We respect Global Privacy Control signals. Your preference is saved in this browser’s local storage. Declining stops future analytics collection in this browser and removes our Analytics cookies. WordPress may use necessary cookies for signed-in administrators.

Questions and removal requests

Email sales@cltepoxy.com to ask about your information or request its removal. Information that must be retained for an active project, business record or legal requirement may need to be kept. Avoid sending payment details or other sensitive information through the quote form.
